Nr. 35 Finca El Nido

	The house, which was built in 1997, is situated in a typical rural surrounding with tropical fruit trees.
From the spacious and not visible terrace you have a wonderful view of Motril with its harbour until Torrecuevas and the old town Salobreña.
	Alongside the pool is a place for sun beds amidst the lovingly planted garden.
An ample living room with dining table and fire place is available.
	The pool (10x5 m) is filled throughout the whole year.
The finca is guarded by a very honest german sheep-dog. If you are afraid of the dog, it can be locked in a private part of the finca.
	The newly fitted  wooden kitchen is fully equipped.
The bath with shower and shiny tiles.
	The bedrooms are in different styles well furnished.
